Kep crap market

Described by the Huffington post as one of the primary places in the world you should discover before the masses, the Kep Crab market is a quaint Khmer locale with many delectable treasures found within. Sit down and enjoy the sociable haggling throughout the space. Please remain friendly to all those selling crab, many of these people are desperately in need of business. A simple ‘ateh akhun’ meaning ‘no thank you’, will suffice.

Near the market, rests many restaurants whipping up an endless number of authentic Khmer dishes made from the crab. Further down the road, following the coast, is Kep beach. The artificial beach provides a perfect place for a swim and relief from the heat. Khmer typically swim completely dressed, but that is no reason not to let loose in your bikini!
